Setting up the Shopify integration

SoPost's Shopify integration allows your customers to send a free sample as a gift to a friend.

Before you start...

To connect your Shopify Store, you will need:

  1. Your Store URL name. This will be the bit before .myshopify.com in your Shopify store admin. For example, if your Store URL was cara-beauty.myshopify.com, only enter cara-beauty.

  2. Your Shopify role should be Store Owner or Staff member with these permissions.

  3. You should have the Integrations setting enabled in Settings > People in your SoPost Campaign Manager account.

How to connect your Shopify Store

  1. Log in to your SoPost Campaign Manager account

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Click Add integration

  4. Click Shopify, then Next

  5. Enter your Store URL name, e.g. cara-beauty if your Shopfiy store URL was cara-beauty.myshopify.com.

  6. Click Create Integration

  7. You'll be asked to log in to your Shopify store account. Once you have logged in, click Install app.

  8. Your Shopify Store will be successfully connected!
