Create simple pages you can link to from your campaigns.

You can create simple text-only pages to use across your SoPost campaigns. They’re ideal for linking to important information that sits outside your consumer journey, such as:

  • Terms of use

  • Privacy notices

  • FAQs or help content

  • Legal disclaimers or promotional terms

The pages you create are:

  • Easy to reuse – once you’ve created a page, you can reuse its link across multiple campaigns.

  • Fast to update – edit content in one place and your changes will apply wherever that URL is used.

  • Allow rich formatting – content pages support rich formatting allowing you to add headings, links, lists, and other text styling options.

Creating a new page

To create a new page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Campaign Manager > Content.

  2. Select Pages.

  3. Click Add a new page.

  4. You’ll be taken to the page editor, where you can set:

    • Title – a name for your page – consumers won't see this

    • Content – the body of the page, edited using a rich text editor

    • Page URL – a unique link to your page, generated automatically

Formatting options

When creating your page, you can use the editor to style your text, including:

  • Paragraph text

  • Headings 1, 2, and 3

  • Numbered list

  • Bulleted list

  • Quote

  • Bold

  • Italic

  • Underline

  • Strikethrough

  • Links

  • Subscript and superscript

Using the page URL

Your page URL will be generated automatically once you've saved your page. The url can be used in links and buttons in any of your campaigns.
