Comments let you leave feedback directly within your campaign preview. No more spreadsheets, screenshots, or long email chains – just clear, centralised feedback that can be actioned right away.

Viewing comments

Comments are only visible to you and your team once you've logged in to Campaign Manager. This ensures that all comments are secure and private.

To view your comments, click on the comments tab over in the left-hand menu of the campaign preview link that your Customer Success Manager has provided you with. You will see an orange dot to highlight any comments that haven't been resolved yet.

Adding comments

You can add comments to leave feedback on your campaign:

  1. Navigate to the journey stage you want to leave feedback on

  2. Open the comments panel by clicking the comments icon

  3. Click the + Add comment button

  4. Type your feedback in the text box

  5. Click Comment to post

  6. Your feedback will appear immediately and your Customer Success Manager will be notified.

Tips for writing effective feedback

When leaving feedback about your campaign, here are some tips on how best to provide it:

  • Be specific – reference the exact element you're referring to (e.g., "Change the button text on this email")

  • One topic per comment – this makes it easier to track and resolve individual points

  • Invite your team – make sure everyone who needs to provide input has access to Campaign Manager so they can leave feedback directly

Updating and tracking the progress of comments

Comment statuses

Comments are organised into two tabs based on their status:

  • Open – active feedback that needs attention or is being worked on

  • Resolved – feedback that has been addressed and implemented

Resolving comments

If you are happy that your feedback has been actioned, you can click the blue tick to mark it as resolved. The comment will be removed from the open comments list and moved to the resolved tab.

Deleting comments

If you've left a comment by mistake or it is no longer relevant, you can click on the three dots next to the comment and click Delete.

Viewing all comments

Comments are grouped by the stage of the journey you're currently viewing. You can see all other comments across for your selected journey under the Comments on other stages heading.
