Add a SoPost form to your ad at ad creation

1. Go to “Campaigns” tab and click on “Create” to create a new campaign

Campaign objective must be “Leads”.

2. Create your campaign by adding all your details

You can name your campaign and add your goals, details and budget. You will also be able to set your audience, creatives and placements.

We recommend using “Get offer” as ad CTA.

3. Conversion: select “Instant Forms”

4. Search, select and apply your SoPost ‘Instant Form’

You can search your SoPost instant form ID (shared via email by your CSM) and link it to the ad.

Please do not edit the SoPost form. Any modifications will prevent it from being linked to the platform. If you need to make any changes on the form, please contact your CSM.

5. Click publish!

Boost a SoPost form: build your ad from the SoPost form

1. Select 'Instant Forms'

2. Locate the search box at the top of the page

3. Add the code provided by your SoPost Customer Success Manager. It should start by 'ACT-'

4. Select the lead form that appears in the list

5. Click 'Boost'

You will be redirected to a newly created ad. This ad is automatically linked to the lead from created by SoPost.

6. Fill the Ad details and click 'Create form'

Please note that because the lead form will be already linked to the ad after clicking 'Boost' you do not need to select anything in the drop down 'Contact from'.

Please leave it empty.
