Sometimes when you request a sample, we will send you a 4-digit code via email to authenticate your order. Some devices and browsers will refresh the page when you leave the screen to retrieve your code. If you are having issues entering your code, we would recommend that you try to retrieve your code on a separate device. Doing this means that you won't have to leave the browser window on your first device to input the code.
